Hans Kissle recognizes two associates for their hard work and dedication
In today's society working at one place for over 20 years is a feat in its own and Hans Kissle is proud to have two associates that have done that and more. Marcelino Correia and Martina Amado are the two longest tenured associates at Hans Kissle working here for the past 25 and 27 years, respectively.
Mr. Correia is a native of Cape Verde Islands and came to America back in 1980. He joined Hans Kissle back in 1986 after working at two other companies and as Mr. Correia puts it, "Hans Kissle will be my last job in the US." He has held a number of positions at Hans Kissle and currently holds a leadership role in salad production. Mr. Correia has been married to Marcelina for 37 wonderful years and the two of them are proud parents of five grown sons and six beautiful grandchildren. Mr. Correia has his sights on retirement and plans on spending the summer months in the US and the winter months in Cape Verde, where he has a vacation home.
Ms. Amado is also a native of Cape Verde Islands and she too came to America back in 1980. Hans Kissle has been her first and only full time job since 1984 as she was one of the very first employees of Hans Kissle. Ms. Amado has done many different jobs during her 27 year tenure and currently is Prepared Foods Manager in the plant. She has three wonderful children with her youngest going to Framingham State College in the Fall as a Freshman, in addition to two beautiful grandchildren. Ms. Amado also enjoys going back to Cape Verde Islands for vacations where she has a home.
"We are all so very proud and appreciate all of the hard work that both Martina and Marcelino have done for Hans Kissle over the years. The dedication and spirit that they bring to the company is second to none and I thank them both for that", said Ken Venti, President, Hans Kissle.
