Bruschetta Pizza
Serves 4, 1 Pizza

8 oz. Hans Kissle Tomato Bruschetta
4 oz. Sun-dried Tomato pesto
8 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
2 oz. Shredded Parmasian Cheese

Pre-heat oven to 400F. Spread pre-baked pizza crust with sun-dried tomato pesto. Spread Bruschetta mixture over pizza crust. Top with mozzarella and parmasian cheese and bake for 10 – 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and serve

Rachel Sandwich (sister to the Rueben)
1- baking dish, 6-8 portions

2 slices Rye bread
2 Tbsp. Russian dressing
4 oz. Sliced Corn Beef
2 slices Swiss cheese
1/3 cup Hans Kissle Cole Slaw
Butter

Spread two slices of rye bread Russian dressing, top one slice of bread with a slice of Swiss cheese. Put a layer of Hans Kissle Cole slaw over the cheese, then place corn beef, and then the other slice of Swiss cheese. Top with the second slice of rye bread, dressing side down. Butter the rye bread on both sides and grill in a skillet with medium heat until both sides are golden brown. Cut in two and serve.
