Sauted Shrimp and Curry Thai Rice Noodle

1 Portionn
4 cups Hans Kissle Thai Curry Rice Noodle
1 tbsp. butter
1 lb. 16-20 peeled and deveined shrimp
2 green onions sliced
¼ tsp. salt
1 dash white pepper
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 oz. white wine
1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Melt butter in a sauté pan over high heat. Add shrimp with onions, salt and pepper, stirring constantly for 3-5 minutes. Add white wine and finish with parsley. Place 1 cup of the Curry Rice Noodle on each plate in a mound and heat in microwave on high for 1 minute. Place 4-5 shrimp around Rice noodle on each plate and serve.


Baked Stuffed Halibut
1 Portion

1-8 oz. halibut steak
¼ tsp. chopped garlic
Pinch of salt and pepper
3 oz. Hans Kissle Seafood Stuffing

Use a sharp knife to make a pocket in halibut steak. Stuff the halibut pocket and bake at 350F. for approx. 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
