Culinary Dreams

Laura likes to say she was born with a love of cooking. She pursued her childhood dreams by attending the Culinary Institute of America in New York, and afterward, worked her way up in the Boston restaurant scene. After running a restaurant group in Boston, Laura transitioned to the food manufacturing world where she worked with a premier pasta company before joining the Häns Kissle team.

Spice of Life

Laura loves variety. While studying in New York and building her career in Boston, she honed her craft working with many cuisines and concepts, including French bistro fare, Italian, Peruvian, and farm-to-table cooking. She’s also taken her love of food outside the kitchen – participating in local chef events and even appearing on TV shows including the “Phantom Gourmet” and two episodes of the Food Network hit show “Chopped” in which she was judged a winner in one of her appearances.

Laura loves the excitement of working with her Häns Kissle team to meet a fresh culinary challenge. In a fast-paced and constantly changing industry, Laura’s passion is crafting healthy, simple, and delicious solutions to meet customers’ needs.
